The Salamanca Archive Exhibition and Online Catalogue was officially launched by the Spanish Ambassador, Mr Javier Garrigues Florez on 2nd December 2013 in John Paul II Library, NUI Maynooth. The Salamanca Archive is housed in the Russell library, St Patrick’s College, Maynooth and contains the papers belonging to the Irish College, Salamanca (1592-1952) as well as colleges in Alcalá de Henares, Santiago de Compostela, Madrid, Sevilla and Lisbon. The exhibition in the front atrium of the John Paul II Libary runs until the 10th January 2014.
